Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During busy periods (e.g., sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Times & Carriers

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and start after processing:

•  UK Mainland — 2–5 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DHL Express for larger items).

​

•  UK Highlands & Islands — 3–7 business days.

​

•  EU — 5–10 business days (DHL or similar tracked service).

​

We use Royal Mail, DHL, or other reputable carriers. Tracking is provided via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over [insert threshold, e.g., £100] within mainland UK (subject to change).

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For EU orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (charged by your local customs office upon delivery). These are not included in our shipping cost and are your responsibility.
